Custom Print Clothing:
Making sure you're happy is my number one priority. I am a one-woman show and customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. I believe in my products and my service, however if there is something you're not happy with, just reach out.
My clothing is not stored in a warehouse, it is custom made to order. I don't accept returns or exchanges on custom print clothing.
If you have any problems with your order please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org describing your issue. To expedite the process you can include photos of the problem if applicable. I will try my best to get back to you, usually within 24 hours or sooner.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at the expense of Roya Moda.
Within 15 days from the date of purchase returns will be accepted. Buyer is responsible for shipping. A refund will be issued once the returned item has been received. If the product is damaged in transit, a refund will be issued.
